Ospina Law Firm Rate Changes

As our firm continues to grow, I want to personally share an important update with you. Effective February 3, 2026, our rates will be adjusted for a few of our signature services.

Our Trademark signature package is changing from $1800 to $2000.

Our hourly attorney rate will be $405 for general legal matters and $450 for litigation and intellectual property portfolio management matters.

As always we will continue to offer flat fees services wherever possible - so you can move forward with clarity, confidence and predictable investment without sacrificing results.

After three years of building this firm, one thing has become very clear to me:

Clients don't choose us because we're the cheapest option. They choose us because we care deeply about our work, we're strategic and we treat their businesses like they matter - because they do.

These changes allow me to continue delivering that level of service, while growing a team that shares our values: integrity, excellence, clear communication and being truly on your side.

These updates will take effect on February 3, 2025.
